Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer - we appreciate your understanding

Shipping Timelines

Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro & Tier 1 cities: 2 to 5 business days

  • Other cities & towns: 4 to 8 business days

  • Remote locations: 6-10 business days

Please note: These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout

  • Any free shipping offers will be mentioned on the website or during promotions

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email

  • You can use this link to track your shipment directly with our courier partner

Address & Delivery Details

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order

  • SnuggleUp will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information

Undelivered / Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The customer may be required to bear re-shipping charges for re-dispatch. Refunds will not be provided for such cases.

Damaged Packages in Transit

If you receive a parcel that appears tampered with or damaged:

  • Please record a proper unboxing video before opening

  • If possible, refuse delivery and contact us immediately

  • Share the unboxing video and images with our support team

Exchange Shipping

  • For approved exchange cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable

  • Replacement shipping will be initiated after the original product is picked up or verified

  • As a small startup, we try our best to absorb exchange shipping costs for genuine issues

International Shipping

Currently, SnuggleUp ships only within India. We hope to expand to international shipping soon - stay tuned! 🌍
