Undelivered / Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to:

Refusal to accept delivery
The customer may be required to bear re-shipping charges for re-dispatch. Refunds will not be provided for such cases.
Damaged Packages in Transit
If you receive a parcel that appears tampered with or damaged:

Please record a proper unboxing video before opening

If possible, refuse delivery and contact us immediately

Share the unboxing video and images with our support team
Exchange Shipping

For approved exchange cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable

Replacement shipping will be initiated after the original product is picked up or verified
